Card copy shown at the top of each founder's results page. Colors and the 3-pill "journey stack" are fixed per persona — edit headline and description freely.

⚠️ This data is required for the quiz to run. If it's ever missing from your exported ilab-data.js, the results page will fail to load with a PERSONAS is not defined error.
